Terms and Conditions

Free shipping promotion applies to items with Base Price of $2000 or more before taxes and upgrades. If a certain item does not indicate "Free Shipping", it may not apply for Free Shipping Promotion. Free shipping promotion may not be combined with clearance, out the door or other ongoing specials. Free shipping promotion applies to shipments within USA. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico do not apply to this promotion. Products will only ship to physical address, and will not ship to PO box addresses.

Order Processing

Most custom orders will require a 6-8 weeks to be built and shipped. Once the order is placed, you will be contacted via email with your estimated lead time. If you would like to check current lead time on a specific product, please call us 702-873-7233.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped via Freight company and delivered curbside to your residence or business. Garage drop-off may be available for an additional charge. Safes over 2000 lbs will require a fork-lift or loading dock to unload. For more information please call 702-873-7233.

Returns

All returns must be initiated no more than 7 days after receiving an order. Products must be unused, in original packaging and in same as purchased condition. Return shipping charges are buyers responsibility. Restocking fees may apply.
